Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Welcome to Kathmandu, the vibrant capital of Nepal! Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Take some time to settle in and relax after your journey. In the evening, explore the bustling streets of Thamel, filled with shops and cafes. Enjoy a welcome dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant, where you can savor local cuisine while experiencing a captivating cultural performance. After dinner, if you're in the mood for some excitement, consider visiting a local casino. Try your luck at various games and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

Day 2: Cultural Exploration of Kathmandu

After a hearty breakfast, embark on a day of sightseeing in Kathmandu. Start at the iconic Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the city. Next, visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to witness the unique Hindu cremation rituals along the banks of the Bagmati River. After lunch, explore the serene Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world, where you can immerse yourself in the tranquil atmosphere and observe the daily life of the local Buddhists. Upgrades and Complementary Services: Requests for room upgrades or complimentary services during the tour will not be accommodated unless specified at the time of booking.

Unused Services: No refunds will be issued for any services or activities that are not utilized during the tour.

Security Deposits: A refundable security deposit, either in cash or via credit card, is required by hotels and is refundable upon check-out if no incidental charges are incurred. This deposit is not included in the tour quote.

Valuables: Guests are advised against leaving valuables in the vehicle during sightseeing, as the company is not responsible for any loss or theft.

Damage Responsibility: Guests will be held accountable for any damage to the coach or vehicle, whether accidental or otherwise, and will be required to cover repair costs.

Please take note of the following important details regarding your trip:

Price Validity: The holiday prices are valid until 31 Mar 2025, with rates not applicable during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, and major festivals.

Check-in and Check-out: Hotel check-in time is 1400 hrs, while check-out is at 1000 hrs. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability.

Vehicle Usage: The vehicle will not be at guests' disposal for additional sightseeing unless extra charges are paid.

Air Conditioning: Please note that air conditioning will be switched off while traveling in hilly terrains for safety reasons.

Identification: Personal identification, such as an election card or passport, is mandatory for air travel and hotel check-ins due to security regulations.

Driver's Role: The driver is not a guide; they will transport guests to the sightseeing locations as per the itinerary. Guests will explore these sites independently. The itinerary is subject to change.

Hotel Availability: In the event that the specified hotels are fully booked, alternative accommodations of a similar category will be arranged, subject to availability.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on availability and market conditions.

Room Type Quotation: The quoted prices are based on the standard room of each hotel; If unavailable, the additional cost for upgrading will be the responsibility of the guest.
